Cost: $35 per person for students and administrators; $25 for LLMEA Member Teachers.

Dinner includes: Mixed Green Salad, Potato Salad, Coleslaw, Roast Beef, BBQ Chicken, Penne Primavera Alfredo, Chef’s Potatoes, Garden Vegetable, Warm Rolls & Sweet Butter, and assorted desserts. Included Beverages will be Coffee, Tea, Iced Tea, Soft Drinks, and Water.
Registration Deadline: April 3, 2026
FOR HIGH SCHOOL DIRECTORS: Each school district may nominate up to eight senior students in any combination of the following categories: Band, Chorus, Orchestra, Keyboard, Jazz, Marching Band, Show Choir, Music Technology, Classroom Music, or a teacher designated category that appropriately describes the student's contribution to your school program. Please download the PDF form at the bottom of this page, give it to the students you will be nominating, and have them fill it out for you so that your district representative can complete the online registration form accurately.
The online school registration form (CLICK HERE) should be completed by your school district representative - only one form per district.
The online student information form (CLICK HERE) should be completed by your school district representative - one form entry per student being nominated (maximum of eight students).
